legislature by ensuring it is broadly representative of the gender

This only works if you define a woman as a
adult human female, otherwise it is worthless

You must clarify that men who ID as women are
not women and will be excluded
Are any unintended consequences likely to arise from the
Bill?
Without clarification that sex and not gender
makes you a woman this process is completely undermined and allows
for self ID to be a prevailing way of gaining access to women only
opportunities. If men can self ID as women and gain access to these
opportunities then you may as well not bother doing this at
all.
What are your views on the Welsh Government’s assessment
of the financial and other impacts of the Bill?

legislation? Are the powers for Welsh Ministers to make subordinate
legislation appropriate?

happily take their place by falsely identifying themselves.
